I have a Mirena. I think a total coincidence. When we say that for the sake of argument that Mirena can cause inflammation, it would be done everywhere, not only lead to the same place, the more discomfort from a variety of reasons.
I can imagine that your son is the culprit, because the mechanism that collected in the armpits, thumbs up. Try to use the collection of child palms, take ibuprofen to invest in the wrist braces to visit (in local pharmacies, Wal-Mart), or better, your doctor.
