Plasma Tv Wall Brackets Can A Plasterboard Wall Support A Plasma TV?

Can a plasterboard wall support a plasma TV? - plasma tv wall brackets

I live in a modern apartment and the walls are plaster with the hollow space behind it. I wanted a plasma TV that weighs 22 kg, if you mount a plasma TV cabinet. Not sure if the wall it can take. What type of attachment? I do not want a big mistake! Advice appreciated

I'm using for the following accessories for hanging wall units of the kitchen. I think we can weigh more than 22 kilograms when fully.

You will be amazed how much weight plasterboard may be surprised.

Yes, the wall it.When help support the position that "red" Fixing drywall instead of "anchors.
If the wall is an internal "score tit", also try the tapes on which the plaster is set and find the location of at least two or three plants directly into it.
If the wall "dry (lines plasterboard under control), behind the cave is limited to the use of red hair, so the first mark hole locations with the mounting bracket, ensure that it level. The drilling plasterboard with a 6mm masonry drill bit and drilling in masonry wall directly behind him. red screw and appropriate with the screws provided, possibly with some washers to support the red. work!

Take a lid from a switch or outlet, and you should find out easily in a position, whether you have steel studs or conventional wood design. If you have woodworking, then you buy the frame is probably the "Television without additional elements adhere to the wall. In this case, do not add fuel to the wall outside the frame. Mount to attach directly to the bodies to a minimum distance between keep the two. There are several ways to screw, as mentioned above, but uses a join in hand, and touched the wall. The steel grille is a different story. If you have steel, is still possible to add the bracket to the wall, but the right fasteners and more of them. I would not be a lease.

Yes you can, provided that the brackets on the right bits of the wall. If you are very careful, a plaster wall a lot of support.

Platserboard A wall is a frame of wooden poles or "tacos" with plasterboard and a thin layer of plaster to be nailed to the surface.

Try to touch the wall and go through the steps of 1 cm, as it moves through the bits, you get a hollow. Here, the bars will be.

If you are working, and add your brackets by drilling through the plate in the clubs, then you should have no problems. Be careful when drilling, if it goes through the exercise too easy, which is the hollow part.

Absolutely not.

You could set anchoring columns at the right distance clothes hangers, when the TV is placed. If the flies are connected, but the distance does not align with pins, then you could use a strip of wood long enough to accommodate the ankles.
The band made out of wood studs with screws, is enough to keep sufficient force in order to preserve television. Then hang the TV.

If no hooks connected to the TV, you need to support a platform for building anchors the bolts.

You can find the form of pins with a pen, a tool for searching for small magnetic heads of the nails in drywall to. They are very cheap at any hardware store.

If what you call drywall is drywall, the answer is no, if you connect the console (s) to a wall framing (beams) to.
You can buy a battery operated stud finder, locate the location of beams and wall mount them, but do not try to mount drywall.
I do not know anything about the plaster and lath, but I suspect it does the same

Many good answers here. The wall offers no support for this TV - you have right to say that this agreement an expensive (and dangerous) mistake.

The mountain, which you will buy for your TV with hardware and instructions for proper installation. You must follow these instructions to the final release of the mount at least one (preferably 2) screws.

Best stud finder is a powerful magnet for a Hardrive or the like. see the nails used to attach the drywall to studs, provided that you do not have the terrible construction of new framework for the metal studs.

This works much better than "Stud-detectors" to find me in the search for large pipes and cables, but wood waste.

If you find 1, generally at 600 centers.

I actually prefer a bank of television sets in Nice / closet. Mounted on the wall are usually too high for comfortable viewing, the TV should be at eye level when sitting.
